Premier Exhibitions, Inc., a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: PRXI), in the business of developing and touring museum quality exhibitions, is interviewing for several Visitor Services Associate positions at the Premier Exhibition Center in the Atlantic Station area of Atlanta.

Our ideal Visitor Services Associate will have enthusiastic personalities and exceptional customer service skills, which are necessary to provide our patrons with a positive and memorable “total visitor experience.” These stellar performers must also be willing to work any shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Visitor Services Associate duties include, but are not limited to: Greets visitors prior to entry into the exhibition; Reviews exhibition rules and policies with visitors; Directs visitors to the Box Office or other areas of the exhibition; Provides and explains audio tour devices to visitors; Voids admission tickets; Provides crowd control by queuing visitors into waiting lines; Assists guests with coat check in and pick up; Provides ADA services and information to guests with disabilities; Acts as liaison with security relative to customer parking concerns; Listens to customer comments and responds is a professional and courteous manner; Assist Floor Supervisor with opening and closing procedures.

These positions are temporary, for the duration of the exhibitions and report to the Floor Supervisors. Pay is hourly.

Requirements: High School Diploma; At least one year of customer service experience; Ability to work long, irregular hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-stress, ever-changing environment; Ability to work with a variety of personalities; Ability to be enthusiastic with a passion for the entertainment industry; Ability to listen to customer comments and respond is a professional and courteous manner.

Work Conditions: Varied days, shifts, and hours; Environment is typically indoors and office-based; Very social and customer service-related; Can be highly stressful at times; Standing and/or walking for long periods of time; Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
